Meet Your Coach

 Growing up both my parents were always active and show cased healthy eating. My dad was a body builder which I eventually joined his gym sessions in high school and my mom did her daily jogs. Being taught those ways gave me a huge advantage in joining the fitness industry at 19. I became a personal trainer after I had my son. I gained 67lbs throughout my pregnancy and lost only half after birth. Being healthy was very important to me especially having a child now. I want to set a proper example for my son like my parents did for me. 

     After a few years of training I graduated and started working in the medical field as I still do now. Out of many departments I've worked in, what I've seen the most are patients with multiple issues (diabetes, high blood pressure, vascular issues, heart issues, etc) with one of the underlying causes of being over weight or obese. It was a huge eye opener for me and I quickly gravitated towards choosing healthy foods and just a healthier lifestyle in general. 

     Over the years I have created many recipes to enjoy healthy eating and want others to be apart of it so they can learn how to implement these habits as well. 

     From personal training to food I am here to help you learn and create ways to start living a healthy lifestyle!

1:1 Personal Training

Whether you’re brand new to working out or just want someone to take the guesswork out of your routine, 1:1 sessions are perfect for you! Coach Tay will guide you through a full hour of training tailored specifically to your fitness goals.

Virtual Training

Even after COVID, virtual training may still feel new — but it’s an amazing option! For the past three years, Coach Tay has been training clients virtually all across the U.S. This is perfect if you have a busy schedule, prefer to work out from home, or haven’t found a great coach in your area.

Written Regimen

A written regimen is perfect for anyone who can commit to working out at home or at the gym. This plan includes a customized workout schedule, exercise demonstration videos, and nutrition guidance tailored to your lifestyle and goals. Plus, you’ll get weekly 30-minute video calls with Coach Tay to keep you accountable and on track.

Our Location

Training is based out of Hayward Hills. Unless you have a plan for in house client training.
